I'd love some fresh, new ideas! Usually, I grab a banana or an apple. How about you?

    My stand-by is a slice of toasted wheat bread with peanut butter.

    Single serving of Chobani plain greek yogurt. It's only 100 cals. Sometimes I'll stir in a tbsp of milled flaxseed.

    I like peanut butter and whole wheat toast too. Or I make a protein shake/smoothie with peanut butter banana, almond milk and a little bit of chobani yogurt.

    Protein shake. I drink one every day for breakfast. On workout days I wait until after I exercise to make it.

    I like to eat something healthy so I don't feel like I'm sabotaging my calorie burn. My go-tos are a protein shake made with almond milk or a plate of raw veggies. I also like half an avocado diced with a few tablespoons of salsa or sometimes I will grab a handful of almonds.

    apple and a low fat cheese stick. it's good to have a little protein in your post-workout snack!

    Same here! I love protien shakes in the morning - helps me be less hungry throughout the rest of the day!
