Hi Everyone! I started losing weight in January of 2011... I started at 199 lbs and got down to 165! I found out I was pregnant and now I am 18 weeks and 177 lbs. When I found out I was pregnant and I used it as an excuse to cut down my exercise and change my eating. Now I feel pretty gross! I need to figure out a way to stay healthy and not pack the pounds back on, or else I'll have a lot of work to do in may! Anyone else in this same prediciment?

Good luck Sarah I know you can do it. Move as much as you can and just don't overload on the sweets!!!! You can exercise through your pregnancy just check with your doctor. I wish I had!!0
