Tuesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Power Knees
Let's see if we can do 300 of them.
The goal is a TOTAL OF 300 using one or both legs.
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Did it!!! 2 challenges in a row! This one was a tough one, but got it done! Ready for Wednesday challenge! At least I am working some new muscles with all these challenges. I am pretty sore in the arms from the bicep curl challenge on Monday! I am going to keep going though with these!0
