My Current weight is 162 (may 1st)
My goal is 156 (may 31st)0 -
here are my starting weight and measurements
starting weight 163 lbs
ending weight wanting to be 155lbs or under
starting measurements
chest 35 inches
waist 29 inches
hips 43 inches
thigh 24 inches
bicep 12 inches

I haven't exercised in many moons so I will be thrilled to get in 90 minutes a week this month!!!

Csnealey...I'm sorry to hear about your loss...it is never easy to lose a parent, my heart goes out to you! May god bless you and your family during this time (If thats what u believe...I don't mean to offend in todays PC world lol) My sincere condolences! :flowerforyou:

My goal by May 31st: 174 (a little unrealistic but oh well *lol* its just an idea)

I lost 2 pounds this week without exercising so I know you can do it! My goal is 8 pounds so we both need to lose about 2-2.5 pounds a week. Going on vacation 6/6 and want to be down 10 pounds.

OK here goes!
Starting Weight (may 1st): 157
Goal weight (may 31st): 152
As far as cardio, right now i walk for 40 minutes while i push my daughter in the stroller after work. To bump that up (while I'm waiting to get my treadmill) I'll try to do an additional mini-walk (same brisk pace) in the AM before i go to work. Hopefully I can get my treadmill by the endo of this weekend or the beginning of next week though. Whenever that happens, i'll be able to start jogging. woo-hoo!0 -

I am going to up my cardio, running 5 days/week. 5Mile race on 5/09, 5K on 5/23 should help me stay motivated. :bigsmile: I am going to try and eat healthier lunches when i go out with friends from work, they are a bad influence!:ohwell:

Leann: I totally understand! I go out with my fiance and cousin every friday and we go get something horrible! Today is Chili's and I am going with the guiltless grill chicken sandwich! :-) and a cup of enchilada soup (I just cant seem to give that up yet!) What I always end up doing is if I know what restaurant we are going to, I try to find the nutritional values there and find the healthiest thing I can but with some flavor (I hate cardboard). It helps me plan better and eat better as well...0

OK, here's my info:
Current weight: 153
Goal by 5/30: 148
(I want to lose 5 pounds!)
I don't have any specific measurement goals -- I am seeing progress in my measurements when I do them every 2 weeks -- as of yesterday I was down at least an inch in all areas, except for my hips/butt, which stayed the same (I'm ok with that because I like my butt! )
For the cardio challenge I will be walking at least 5 miles a day, and doing My Fitness Coach cardio program as well. Maybe a zumba class or two, as well.

I had been really good about cardio, but got sick, so my goal for this week will be to get back in the habit of doing 40 min of cardio three times a week at least.0 -

My new goal is 115, but since on average I only lose about 2 pounds per month, I would be very happy to reach 117 by 5/31 :bigsmile: I'm going to focus more on toning this month. :drinker:0 -
