I am amazed that i have lost 20 lb and can't wait to wear some of my old clothes.

what about you all (share) - how have you changed since this time last year?

    lol im not concerned with how i look under my sweater as long as its healthy gains.
    Who cant wait to take off their shirts next spring?
    ME!

    As for last year I was between 160 and 180lbs but horribly depressed!

    yes i was depressed too. i was 20 lb heavier and no idea how to motivate myself. just had a baby and felt miserable about myself. something just clicked this past summer and i woke up and realized i had to do something!

    Me for sure!! I've lost 70 lbs since May of this year!!! 75 to go but well worth it!! I am totally excited to get into that sparkly dress for new years ;)
