More satisfying than the scale OR the mirror...

Now, this is my personal opinion of course.

But I am 6'2, started MFP in January, and the below graphic to me is more satisfying than the scale or the mirror.

The 2010 #'s are the reason I started MFP.

The 2011 #'s are the results of MFP.

Keep in mind, the LDL Cholesterol is "The Bad" Cholesterol.

    Thanks everyone.

The tests are part of my yearly physical at my normal doc yea.

They have an online portal where we can get our results, and email back and forth with the docs.

    Pretty cool stuff. :)

Yea, I think I ready somewhere that your HDL (Good Cholesterol) can go up by as much as 1 point per 6 pounds lost.

Pretty accurate as mine went up by 8.
