    not every time, but I have noticed up to either 4 or 6 lbs over I don't remember. Like I said it doesn't happen every time. It was water weight, I know I didn't mess up my diet.

    And I feel yah with the cravings! I'm terrible for giving in to them.
    Any suggestions on how to make the bloating go down? Or is it just yet another thing us women have to deal with ):

    during this time of the month: drink lots of water, decrease your salt intake, increase your physical activity, and eat well...easier said than done i'm straight to the chocolate! (avoid caffeine & alcohol, calcium-rich diets reduces bloating, veggies & fruits with a lot of water)
