Fatblaster meal replacements

I wanted to hear any feedback on anyone who has used the fastblaster shakes as a meal replacement and how they went on it?

    I just started taking these fatblaster meal replacements today, so I will let you know how I go in a week or so! Had one for breakfast and felt really full! I had vanilla creme flavour and it was really yummy with just water added (so saving on the cals from milk!)

    Hi great to know someone else is on this program i dident know you could add milk i would usually add milk but its gluten free and lactose free because im lactose intolrent.Please do let me know how you go and what you do as a weekley plan etc

    I use them as an afternoon snack so I'm not really doing the program just enjoy them. I have the vanilla creme which I mix with mostly water and just a little bit of soy milk or almond milk.

    I have the choc one its not to bad i guess and usually when i do have its at breaky because i hate eating in the mornings

    where can i get this fatblaster? i use metabolic reset and keeps me full for 4hrs :)

    Well im from Australia and i just get it from my local supermarket. full price is about $18 a tub and on speical they go for about $14 a tub
