Losing motivation need help!

Hi all!

I've been a member for a while but continue to lack motivation. I'm keen to lose 30kilos (66 pounds) but am taking on the mindset to lose it one kilo at a time and not expect it to come off all at once. Add me and help me out and in return hopefully I will be able to motivate you :)

    you can do it .. dont give up !!!
  • dont lose sight of your goal! the most important thing is not how fast you lose the weight...but that you can keep that weight off. i found that changing the exercise routine one you notice a plateau in the weight loss may help. your body will get used to the same old thing...you need to use muscles that your body doesnt typically use. good luck and keep up the good work!

  • Don't give up! Try to find some activities you enjoy that don't feel like "working out." Remember, these are life changes, not temporary fixes or crash diets... You go!!!
