Brownie Cookies-36 calories

6 egg whites
pinch of sea salt
1/3 c. stevia in the raw cup for cup
1/3 c. sucanat
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 t. vanilla
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1/2 c. organic chocolate chips
Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Add sugar and stevia and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Let sit on cookie sheet until cool.
