Week3 Ripped in 30, wth!!???

What is this?!?!?! i just did week 3 for first time, what the heck was that?!

I was dying!!! it doesn't matter in how much shape you are, this exercises will kick your butt!!!

OMG!!!

ok, gotta try tomorrow, now it's personal JM!!!

anybody knows aprox how many calories u burn in this week??

    Personally week 3 is my favorite so far :blushing: I love the work out on my legs and thighs! :tongue:

    I'm 5'5 and weigh 140 and with a HRM i burned 208 this morning. :ohwell:

    ekkk i start it tonight, just done week 2 and some of that was hard, hated the moutain climbers ,
