I have 300 calories, (18carbs, 18 fat and 23 protein) left for dinner. I need something quick and easy as I won't have that much time to cook and eat. Any suggestions?!

Do you have sliced turkey and veggies at home?

    slice of turkey
mix 1 tsp dijon and 1 tsp honey and spread on the turkey (or slices of turkey)
place 1 lettuce or spinach leaf in the middle (crosswise)
place 2 slivers (julliened) of cucumber and 2 slivers of bell pepper in middle (crosswise)
add a small (half an ounce of cheese

    roll-up and server!

This is my quick fix meal... no oven, no microwave and only a couple of things to cut!

AND only about 80 cals per roll!! (I make 2 for me... at 160 cals)

    good luck!

try 1 cup long grain white rice (205 calories) (if you have it) Loaded up with veggies cooked in a frying pan with calorie free spray. Always fills me up :)

I just bought those new Ziploc steamer bags and this is what I made last night=approximately 300 calories (depending on veggies)

1 4oz. chicken breast (frozen or raw)
    2 tbsp. of garlic powder
    dash of salt and pepper
2 cups of frozen or fresh vegetables ( Iused zuccini, baby carrots, mushroom slices, and red onion)

You wil need two seperate bags but mix vegetables in one adding salt and pepper (use can use sea salt for low sodium option) and place in microwave for 2 to 5 minutes. In the other bag place the chicken breast in and add garlic powder, salt and pepper and microwave 2 1/2 minutes if raw and 5 minutes if frozen.

I loved it and it filled me up.
