tartar sauce
I am having broiled fish (Tilapia) for dinner tonight and I wanted a little something to give it oumf so I decided to make myself some tartar sauce for 1.
1 tbsp of low fat mayo 30 cals
1 tsp of relish 7.5 cals
1 tsp of finely chopped onion 2 cals
Mix together and voila!
I'm in heaven...for only 40 cals!
