My dad and I are going out for dinner. We're pretty much open to anything (just not insanely expensive and preferrably not someplace where ONLY healthy food is served, or my dad will refuse). I need a place that has some healthy options. Give me all your favorite places! :)

    chili's has good food....varied menu...
  • Texas Roadhouse - Dinner salad (no croutons, extra egg w/light dressing on the side), veggies, 6oz Sirloin, 1 dinner roll (no extra butter). About 800 cals

    Enjoy dinner

I've had good luck at Houlihan's. I also very much enjoy a place here in MN called The Good Earth (all organic, lots of veggies, whole grains, etc). Don't know if they're anywhere else.

Mimi's Cafe has a "Fresh and Fit" option for bkfst, lunch, and dinner, as well as "non diet" options :)

Applebee's has lower calorie options, and now even the Cheesecake Factory has a "Skinnylicious" menu!

I had Panera the other day. I was pleasantly surprised that the 1/2 Frontega Chicken Sandwich with a bowl of (Chicken) soup was pretty decent when I logged them on my diary. I like Chili's, too. Margherita Chicken, Grilled Tilapia, or Grilled Chicken is good.
