Weigh In Day

Hi,

Just wondering how often one should weigh themselves - for myself - - -the numbers on the scale can really set the tone for the day - - so I weigh myself once a week - - - every Wednesday morning - - - do you think once a week is a good for someone like myself who has a long way to go.

  • Absolutely! That's what I started doing in the very beginning, and it has helped me so much. I used to weigh every day - it was just frustrating watching the numbers bounce around all day/week.

    Totally agree with weighing no more than once a week.... because your weight can fluxuate one day to the next.... and by weighing yourself each week at the same time....it'll be more accurate. I definitely Recommend Measuring yourself perhaps every other week or once a month... that way you can see the overall effect of the weight loss! Weight can be deceiving... it's the inches that count!
