1/2 cup kalamata olives
2 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Balls
A BUNCH of cherry tomatoes
Several leaves of basil - chopped
few tablespoons each balsamic vinegar and EVOO

Put the lid on the tupperware and shake to coat - yummy!

    I make something similar...
    I use italian tomatoes & 3-4 cloves of garlic (no olives) & let it sit overnight - so it's more like bruschetta
    If I want it on bread or crackers - I dice the tomatoes & cheese.
    I'll have to try it with olives - sounds delish...

    okay, I tried tofu salami and holy cow it is so good!!!
    I had it on a weight watcher's whole wheat bagel with mustard along with a beautiful salad full of spring mix, celery, cucumber and carrots.

    Mmmmm sounds delish. I had 2 cups of roasted eggplant and lettuce on a 80 calorie tortilla with slice FF cheese and corn and black bean salsa on the side. It was good and under 200 calories
