Del Monte Fruit Naturals - Yellow Cling Peach Chunks In 100%

Has anyone tried this? "Fruit Naturals - Yellow Cling Peach Chunks in 100% juice". I just bought a cup from Walmart this evening for a snack tomorrow since I haven't had any fruits or vegetables really in my diet since it hasn't been in the house. My boyfriend however bought the kind that is in the Cans. Is this any different from what he bought? I see that it's lower in sodium even with the same serving size, and the can says it's in heavy syrup.
Is this choice a healthy one?

    i'd look at the ingredients on yours vs. the cans. are there any added sugars? usually in heavy syrup means lots of sugar, although juice also has tons of sugar (some added, some not).

    fresh is always best, but canned or in a cup won't kill you. i personally just enjoyed a Del Monte No Sugar Added peach cup :P

    I personally would just buy the fruit if possible, cut it up ahead of time.
    That way theres no added preservatives,sugars, etc.
