I weigh 170 lbs atm
I want to lose around about 45 lbs altogether but want to be a max of 150 lbs for when I go on holiday in June. This leads me to 28 lbs to go with an average at a loss of around about a pound a week.
Is this too much?
Any comments on how to go about this and fun exercises will be greatly appreciated

1Lb per week is a good realistic amount to lose, whereabouts in the valleys are you from btw?
change your settings to lose 1lb per week and stick to the limits set, try and reach your macros as close as possible, gentle excercise will assist you getting there, 30-45mins 3-4 days per week, a bit of weight training will also help trim you down.0 -

Yeh, i'm about 40 miles away N/W in the Swansea Valley.

I think that's definitely a healthy pace to lose the weight. And don't stress if you find that you haven't lost a pound one week - chances are it might come off extra the next!0
