hi i'm just wondering if anyone else has had the same thing happen
i'v lost 7.8cms off my hips and 3cms off my waist  but NOTHING off my gut  . It's so weird i thought my gut was getting bigger but it was just my hips getting smaller..and no i'm not preggers.
and if anyone else had this...does the gut go away?

I've done the same thing. Gut is always the last to go.0

yep belly goes away super slow! Its frusterating cuz I can live with wide hips if I had a smaller stomach0

It's normal. You lose inches faster than pounds0

We're like Kangaroos naturally have the belly cause of babies. Stay away from Coke/Soda & eating past 6pm I find that helps me wake up with a lesser belly! :X0

I have heard that removing/ reducing the sugar in your diet can help with abdominal size- but I look at my body like I look at a mans brain- I cant make heads of tails out of it- its going to do what its going to do at its rate. As long as I'm eating right, getting water and exercise, the weight and inches will come with it in time. But only when my body is ready.0
