And my favorite - one "bad" day will not completely derail your progress, unless you choose not to get back in line the next day.
I personally have a cheat day once a week, and have lost 60 lbs that way. But of course that might not work for everyone, just one option.

I have a cheat day once a week too. My best friend and I have renamed Saturday to "Fatterday." It is the day we don't count calories. I am now 2 pounds away from my goal.0
