yes thats right........iv decided to have an affair.

im infatuated
im excited
and i cant wait until the next time we meet.

its life, its u guys and its me:laugh: :tongue: iv havnt felt this great about myself 4 yrs.

iv lost my first 5lbs and i dont feel like iv done a thing....in a good way lol. im not starving im not craving, i allow myself anything i want, but now i just...think...is there the same thing but in an alternative, do i really want that? u guys no wot i mean. and its brilliant. :drinker: so cheers guys, 4 support now and in the future. i never wanted 2 diet, i hate even hearing the word, i believe it should b a new swear word...it should just b how we live our lives, with care, consideration, joy, and love.

i no this love affair will last a lifetime :love:
