I've always wondered how weight distributes itself according to height! Can anyone post some before and after pictures that list height as well? Everyone's bodies are so different, this should be interesting!
Also, what part of your body is taking longest to see results in? Any tips on trouble spot training is much appreciated too!

Height: 5'9.5
before weight: 199
current weight: 172
Ive been stuck just above 170 for about 6 months now... just maintaining with diet and excercise.
Hardest part to get rid of is my hips, butt, and tummy. my arms look great...legs are looking great... but between the bottom rib and my thighs...icky... cant seem to get rid of it0 -
You look amazing!! I would never put you at 170, definitely much lower!! I have the same problem too! I find that sidebends with 5-10lb weights get my rib area slimmed out... thanks for responding! You have a beautiful family btw!!0

I'm 5'10" and have a large bone structure with a classic hourglass shape.
At my heaviest, I was 294 pounds. I now weigh somewhere around 168-170, which is past my goal weight of 180.
I started with 56% body fat and now have 23% body fat.

I am 5' 7.5" ( almost 5'8" ) and these are my progress pictures. I used to have a hourglass shape with huge boobs and big but with a narrow waist. I lost that wast somewhere around 220 lb , which is really started to bug me .
I am down to 197lb and got my waist back, but there will be a long way to lose that booty.
