This is a really intense 30 minutes! I'm not going to do it 3 days a week, because I get the bulk of my cardio from running 3 days a week, but I think I'll throw this in once, sometimes twice just to keep the Spartacus workout, and my general weight lifting work from getting old.

Anybody else done it? It kicked my butt this morning!

I go to Title Boxing Club in my area and we do exactly what this article talks about doing--from the cardio, the punching combinations, core work etc. It is the best workout ever. I do it an hour workout 5/wk and have lost 65 pounds since February. I highly recommend it!
  • I do boxing twice a week with my trainer. It's fun, I think that's why he keeps doing it with me.

  • It has actually left me sore enough that I skipped running this morning. Gonna hafta run later to keep up and figure out a way to schedule my workouts differently. I get so much out of running and I think I will with this workout as well...I definitely don't want to choose between the two.

Heavy bag workouts are awesome! My in-laws had one that I worked out on a lot until we moved a few weeks ago.
