I tried for some time to lose weight after my hysterectomy in April without success, I went to my doctor after continually putting on weight and inches. She put me on a very low calorie diet to shock my body into restarting itself again. It is hard work but I am happy to do it for 6 weeks if it works.
Feel free to add me as a friend. I lost all mine when I couldnt remember my login and had to start again.
I lost 9lb in the first week which is often the norm but the following weeks struggle to keep losing. I am into my exercise routine so hope for a better time up to xmas.

Welcome back. Congrats on the weight loss. Are you still doing the low cal diet, that is scary? You have to eat to lose. But who am I to argue with a doctor huh? Good luck and feel free to ask questions.
