I have lost 42 pounds so far. I am finally starting to see it ..I carry all my weight mid section so I will be glad to see it all gone.
My triplets is now just twins lol

I do low carb and starting walking on the treadmill for 20 mins with an incline ( burns my butt too ) everyday until I can manage more.0
