Ok so the only 0 calorie beverage is water...well I don't like just drinking plain hot water, but its to cold to be drinking cold water, and to much tea can't be good....I am talking 8+ cups a day.

I tried something new and put 5 drops of vanilla creme liquid stevia into my hot water, and it tastes like a sweet mild vanilla tea. Not to bad. It will bet me through these cold times. Just wanted to share!

The brand is SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia: Vanilla Créme

I like hot water with lemon juice. But this sounds great! I will look for the vanilla creme.

Yes that is true, I am wrong, oops

I don't count those as my water intake though, so this is just a good alternative for me. =)

I have to count my tea as water, otherwise I don't hit my 10 cup goal.

I don't think you can have too much tea.

I try to keep my caffeine intake down...not a fan of herbal teas either. just my own personal preference. Just wanted to share something that worked for me.

That sounds really good! I've been drinking hot water with a lemon or lime wedge in it, but I'll have to try that too. :)

Nah, coffee does have calories, but it's practically not worth counting. Coffee doesn't have a nutrition label.

black coffee has no calories. Creamer can alter it, of course.

Yes it does have calories. Not many, but also not zero. It's also a source of potassium. Again, not a lot, but also not zero.

If you don't load it with sugar/cream then coffee has about 2 calories per cup

Herbal tea is caffeine free. It accounts for almost all of my water in the winter!
