Just realized that...

For the first time in 11 years...

NONE of the clothing I am wearing (and yes, I am fully dressed) is plus sized.

I am literally sitting here crying.. :D

    Woo Hoo!!! Sometimes when I am folding my clothes I hold up my pants and cannot believe my *kitten* fits in those tiny pants. When will my mind catch up to my body?!?!

    Thanks all! MFP is a huge part of why I feel I can do this at all.

    I have been cutting back (not out, I am a southern girl :P) on the fried foods, and candy/sugar. Tracking EVERYTHING I put into my mouth, and in general hold myself accountable for my food choices. I walk 4+miles 4-6 times a week, I try to run, but I have very weak knees. I started this in August, about 2 weeks before my 30th, and every week it all seems to get just a little easier.
