    Hello, I didn't want to start another thread because I am from the U.K too and I just this minute joined so still have to figure out how this site works. So far I am really impressed with the easy lay-out and the fantastic tools to help us shift the weight and get fit again. Hope to make friends here that are in the same boat :wink:
