I'm sick of looking and feeling like I do and this time I really want to do it for myself and keep it off and keep the workouts up.
Does anyone have any motivational words of advice? Xx

Ever feel like Dori from Finding Nemo? "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming..." It may seem like there's no end it sight but if you try adjusting some of your goals you may find the end is a lot closer than you realized. Mini goals will help make it seem more attainable.
When I started with MFP I just wanted to get to 145lbs which would the very top of my healthy BMI range. I thought it was impossible and I'd be lucky to make it down to 160lbs. But I found other things to use as goals since 70lbs seemed too big to handle. First goal be under 200lbs, I was 214 when I started. Next goal, get to my per-pregnancy weight of 186lbs. BTW, the fact that both of those goals was 14 lbs was a coincidence. Next goal 175lbs because that's what I made it down to after having my first child. Next goal 150lbs, random weight selection at that point. When I hit about 160lbs I tried on a pair of pants, size 8 and I could zip and button them. I had never been a size 8 in my adult life. (In high school I lost weight and got to 140lbs and a size 10 so to be 160 and a size 8 blew my mind) My next goal is to reach my never thought I'd be this light weight of 135lbs(10lbs lower than my initial goal weight). I am not sure if that is my ultimate goal weight or not. I may try for a lower weight but I will wait until I'm there to decide.
To help keep me motivated to reach those mini goals I set up rewards. Things I new I would really enjoy. A trip to the hair salon for a totally new hair do. New shoes since I am one of those girls who can never have enough. A new necklace. A trip to a restaurant I have always wanted to try but never got around to it, this was actually a dual reward I reached my halfway mark around my birthday. The ultimate reward is the empty closet space...I love clothes and thanks to my size changing so frequently I don't have the money much less time to keep buying clothes. This means my available clothes selection has shrunk as much as I have. I am really looking forward to going on a shopping binge when I'm done shrinking.
I am down 65lbs with 15lbs to go since I added 10lbs to my goal. This means I am 5lbs away from my initial goal weight, and that still boggles my mind. I noticed you had mentioned in a previous posting that you rejoined WW but were having trouble with end of the day eating. Try drinking a cup of hot tea, or hot anything really. It seems to help with the cravings and mindless munching. Try changing up your evening routine so you're too busy to remember to want to munch.
Last resort? Take down the mirror, put up one that only lets you see from the neck up.
Good luck, and keep asking for help, that's what MFP is all about.0 -

i was stuck at 135 for a long time after losing over 20lbs and then i gained 2lbs back...it was so hard to lose the little bit of weight and then i gained some of it back...I really have changed my eating...trying to eat lots of fruits and veggies all day..i also am eating 5 to 6 times a day...i feel so full and bloated most of the time now and the weight has been flying off faster now...I am keeping up the fruit and veggie thing now that it seems to be working better than just sticking to the 1200 cals a day...i am not a huge exerciser and like to mostly walk on my lunch breaks...just try to keep on keepin on and you should do just fine0
