I hafta go back to my old job

I know how happy i was to get this job at the country club but its literally aging me. I need to get out while i can i called my old boss carmen and he was happy as can be to hear that i needed to come back. Im salaried at the club and i work about 50-55 a week i work every single weekend with no chance of having one off or a random day off for that matter and on top of having to work weekends its ten hour days just about every weekend and the other sous chef is a sexist jerk and talks to me like im a dog, most likely cause im a woman in "his" industry that he believes is all for me. Plus most of the staff are just rich stuck up brats. So its time to just go back to where i was a person not a machine.:drinker:

    I feel you, Ive been on my job 3 years and 3 months and Im ready to get away and yeah certain jobs will age you.

    Do what makes you happy!! Always think of the positives!!

    Life is too short to work somewhere where you do not like it, or you don't feel comftable.

    Yes, do what's best for you- money is not everything- yes it helps but being happy and feeling appreciated does count for something. BE HAPPY!!!

    Joani - sounds like you really need to go back!! So glad your old boss is glad to have you back!! Maybe another opportunity will come up but take care of yourself. I know its been said, but life is too short for that kind of stuff - you still need to be able to enjoy it!!
