Calorie Counting AGAIN :)

Hello! Looks like I'm back on the counting bandwagon. It's the only thing that really works for me, but I tend to burn out on doing it after a while so we'll see how this goes. I am currently staying at Ronald McDonald House of NYC, and most dinners are provided (thank God) but the downside is we get alot of pasta, chicken fingers, etc. I plan to use portion control, cc, high fiber/low fat for my strategy. Any tips on not getting sick of cc will be greatly appreciated! I've also set more realistic goals this time, so it may be easier to deal with.

  • Oh that can't be easy...cc is hard enough at home let alone someplace else. You could always see if they have a list of the up comming menu items and then you'd be able to pick and choose what you'll be eating....then here you can always plug in the foods and see how much you can have for the cc.

    I think setting realistic goals is a great idea!
