I heard about it, I think it's common sense so, why purchase it? Plus I heard it's almost $200!!!!!!!!

    Really wish they had a character limit at the point the topic cuts off, because I lose track of how many threads I dunno what the poster is asking about because the topic ran too long for the system

    There is no quick fix, You will lose weight by exercise and watching calories in Vs calories out. It's that simple.

    They claim that their pills will improve metabolism. Rubbish. Do your homework -- no pill will change your metabolism.

    I'm sorry, I'm going to be a little stubborn and reply even though I know relatively nothing about the product/program you've listed, because what I do know, is this:

    Its promises are completely empty, no matter what "new scientific discoveries!" or "secret but SUPER ingredients!" they say are backing them.

    What does work is what people here will ram into your brain until your head is numb; Eat healthy. Restrict your diet. Create a caloric deficit. Make sure that while you are eating fewer calories, they are life-giving calories (provided by fruits, veggies, healthy fats, lean sources of protein, etc). Exercise. If you're injured, walk. Sit down and do light arm weights (2-12lbs). The only thing I've ever read that actually has an effect on your metabolism in a positive way is more muscle. The more muscle you have and are building, the more calories your body burns.

    I know it's easy to get caught up in the desire to lose weight fast with different programs, fad diets, and diet pills. Most (I'd say all) are not healthy. If you're going to invest your time and money in any program, make it an exercise program (many people here are fans of 30 day shred, insanity, and p90x) - something that will build you up and slim you down steadily and will last if you continue a changed lifestyle.

    Sorry if I came off preachy, just letting you know what I believe to be true! :smile:

    It IS a public forum you're going to get people that don't agree with a lot of what gets posted... I just asked for clarity in the OP.

    I highly recommend it and his products. All of his advice, books, and program keep being our go to again and again. I obviously wish his program package was lower, but I don't think he wants "wingers" to mess with, since it comes with 24 hour customer service. They are the real deal (him and wife) wide open books with no secrets. He can personally be an *kitten* sometimes, but his program and products ARE the real deal. I lost seven pounds the first week doing his program. He taught me ALOT. He is against calories in vs calories out. I ate a ton and still lost weight. We are currently looking into doing his program again after my pregnancy ending four months ago. ALOT of people I know are also losing weight on a book called Trim And Healthy Mama. It is an interesting observation. And the two sisters who wrote it are in their fifties and looking good and healthy. That is another one to look into.

    And to add to it a bit Shane Ellison is sayin to line up your hormones and get them doing the work they are suppose to. He calls it "our God given right to be thin"
