Anybody planning to cook Easter dinner? I am looking for some healthy things to make. I usually try out a new dish or two at each holiday.

I've already come to the conclusion that it will be a "cheat day". I WILL, however, remember that PORTIONS MUST BE SMALL! I will be eating at my mother's. I plan to take a huge veggy tray, and try to munch on that all day instead of peanut butter eggs.
I don't really have any recipes for you. Sorry.0 -
Roasted Veggies is good. You can throw them in the oven with the ham. Just cut up potatos, onions, carots, squash, whatever. Spray it with pam, salt, pepper, anything else. And it's tasty.
Also as an appitizer I do a mexican dip. I layer, FF refried beans, guacomole, olives, pico de gaio, FF Sour cream, FF cheese. And serve with baked tostios0 -
