HELP!! cant get to 20 lbs. lost....

i have been trying this diet thing since Oct 3 and i have not been able to lose 20 lbs yet... i dont know what i am doing wrong.. maybe someone can help me to figure this out... i really need to lose this weight... i would appreciate any help... :sad:

    yes, i know eating more to lose weight sounds insane and counterproductive, but it isn't!! please read the link about eating back your exercise calories........
  • I have water retention problem and not able to lose weight also.
    maybe that is your problem too.if its true, you might have to control your sodium amount and drink alot..alot..alot of water.

    If your ticker weight loss is from your start date, then you've lost 18 pounds in two months.
    That's a fantastic achievement!

    Don't stress about the scale numbers, make sure you are eating the right amount of healthy food, and doing some exercise and they'll keep going down.
  • If you know in your heart that you doing all the right things to lose weight. Then just give your body time. It will show soon enough:) Hang in there sweetie xoxo

    I'm feeling ya....I've been stuck at 24 lbs since October 5 and can't make it to that 25 lb mark. It's sooooooo frustrating, but I just keep trudging along hoping something finally kicks in or I get better at something.

    agree! you're definitely not eating enough...one of the days you only ate 680 calories! Did you not record everything or is that really all you ate?

    i might of forgot... or maybe that is all i ate.... my mornings are crazy and then i have to come to work @ 2:30.. and that is when i start really eating.
