Hello there new friends.

I'm all for having new motivation buddies seeing as i'm having trouble getting started myself.
I have lost a bunch of weight before (100+) but gained it all back and then some!
It's been a terribly rough road for me, knowing how good it felt to be healthy and happy and going back to being unhealthy which in turn has made me unhappy.
I would love to get advice and tips on how to start off (seeing as i've got about 200 pounds to lose) without hurting myself or worrying about loose skin. Thank you :blushing:

  • Hello!! I'm finally ready to make a change. I know a few people (family members) on this site and have seen some AMAZING results...I am for sure interested in meeting some new people, and helping motivate each other. I'm looking to meet my goal weight loss of 30 lbs by my 29th Birthday...(sooner is possible) :) Good luck to everyone and remember, we are all here with a common goal. Lets work together to get there!!
