    lots of great pics. here's mine

    work in progress. started Dec. 2009. I ultimately want to get to 200-220 lbs.

    Before - 470-480 lbs. alot of people are shocked I weighed nearly 500 lbs. I'm tall 6'3 and I apparently carry it very well.

    The first picture was right after I started trying to lose weight the first time. I had lost 50lbs and managed to keep most of it off for 3 years. Now it's time for the rest of it to go. I wish that nearly 50lbs had a more noticeable difference. Hopefully the next 50 will. :)
