Hello,
Can anyone suggest a good recipe for making your own protein powder, even better if it includes chia and flaxseed:)
Thank-you in advance!

Thanks! Not sure I want to try the first recipe, but the second link looks promising! And since I just ordered some Vega powder online, it might be the way to go!0 -
Just buy a bag of unflavoured (or vanilla) whey protein isolates and mix it with some lipton chia tea or other chia tea powder?
I'm sure this method is just as effective and cheap as more labour-intense methods if you do your research.
Yesterday I made a mocha frappe with ice, 2 teaspoons of vanilla whey protein isolates and a teaspoon of fatblaster meal replacement shake, and then it ends up being less of a protein shake as it is a milkshake. Fun.
That second protein powder link looks awesome too, and I love the added nutrients.0 -

Chai tea! Yum!
Chia tea? Chia pet? LOL!0 -
Save yourself the hassle and just buy the stuff...
You can get a 5lb tub of whatever flavor for around 34.99-39.99 if you shop around and stack coupons. With 77-80 delicious servings, a stellar ingredient profile, and the overall convenience...It's hard to match on a DIY job.0
