Hi! I am so excited -- this morning, as I sat down at the computer, I realized that I can feel my "butt bones" --pelvis, I guess -- for the first time in well over a year! Woo Hoo! That means I am losing in my butt, which is big, and a BIG deal! I like to call it my Kim K butt.

Well, like I said, I guess it's my pelvis. Whatever it is, it's good I have less padding there now! Thanks!

My sister went thru this when she lost weight and I'm aware that I'm headed in that direction soon. She actually had to drive on a pillow for a while after losing 80 lbs because her butt muscles would get sore from having less padding. Eventually her body adjusted to itself.

Hooray for (___|___) to (_|_)! Keep up the good work!

    What does NSV stand for?

Sorry, I'm still kind of new.

I like your picture, Naomi! Thanks for the info.
