Hello all! I am brand new to MFP. I joined this site because I want to keep track of my fitness routines and meals. I am currently in Afghanistan and will return home in a couple of months. I became a gym rat in the 10 months that I have been here. I plan to continue my workouts and eat healthy upon my return. I am open to all suggestions regarding food and exercises! I look forward to interacting with you all.
