I work out 5 days a week and do 2-3 hours of working out everyday apart from friday ( 1hr) .
Some of the things i do are
Step and Sculpt
Spinning
Zumba
Active Pump
Belly Dancing
Bootcamp
Boxing
Legs Bums and Tums
Dance Aerobics
So usually id do 2-3 of these classes daily. Apart from fridays i only do one class.
Too much? Or do you think its fine.
Im eating the calories that MFP suggest and sometimes eat over if i feel hungry before or after workout.
Opinions?

That will be too much for me, but then you are not me.
How do you feel? Do you feel it's too much? If so cut back, if not , keep it up.0 -
Only you can really know if it is too much, however, for me, I could never keep this up and would end up resenting exercise in the first place. Then, it would be a downward spiral. I think you really need to look at why you are working out this much. Is it because you enjoy all of these workouts or classes? Or, do you feel that you will lose weight faster by working out more? If it is an actual love and social outlet for you, it may be just fine. But, when you try to work out this much for weight reasons, you may find it backfires in the end!
But, as with most things, do what works for YOU! Good luck!

Well, when I was 22 (I am 53 now) I worked out at about that rate! I think it is all about the way you feel! Does it energize you or leave you feeling drained? Are you eating enough calories to fuel your body? All things to think about.
One other thing to thing about is setting yourself up for a lifetime of fitness. Ask your self what are fitness goals you can sustain for the next 60+ years!! Cause remember growing older NEVER has to mean weaker, sicker, less strong etc.!
Best of Luck!0 -
If only I had that much free time to spend in the gym! I think it's too much, but if you enjoy it and are seeing results why not?0

I couldn't sustain that for the rest of my life, and that's what I'm doing this for. Also, how do you feel if/when you miss a work out? Do you panic or is it okay?0
