A weight loss buddy I can text so that when I get the munchies I'm not tempted to cheat, someone who can be there for me and who I can be there for. A friend(: just so I don't give up like I've done so many times before. Add me? Message me?

    I think most of us need a buddy system (lol). I thought about checking out over eaters anonymous and seeing if maybe I could do like they do in AA and have a sponsor. I'm not fooling myself I need backup. In an extreme emergency I would like to have someone to chat on here.
