What motivated you when you woke up this morning?? I know MFP asks us to list what motivates us on our profile, but that might not be something we look at on a daily basis.. I think one of the keys in success is not just looking at the long term goals and motivation, but the little things that happen daily.. so TODAY.. what motivates you?

Me? As shallow as this may sound, entering the dating scene again and realizing that the person I was in love with is moving on.. YES I will be hotter than his new girl (whoever she will be) lol ;)- sorry, this is kind of a rant too.. haha

Your turn!

My motivation and this is why I weigh myself every day, is I stepped on the scale today and seen that I am 2 ounces shy from my goal for next week. That was all the motivation I needed. What also motivated me was coming on here and reading some success stories, and reading what my buddies on my buddy list have to say today. The inspirational quotes, even when someone has messaged me today and said "Hey I seen your blog, you are so inspiring." That motivates me more and more...

Working so hard that I might explode.

Going to uni and work 7 both days a week right before christmas, and squeezing time in for everything makes me motivated to wake up - if I don't have that little bit of stress letting me know that I'm doing everything I can to be productive in my life I won't want to get out of bed. I need to have things to do! lol last week I had NOTHING to do all day and I was getting way too depressed!

And I'm sure you can do better than that guy! your next guy will be hotter than him haha

Knowing how great I will feel after working out-motivates me everyday. And the power of one amazing pal that always says just the right thing to me.

Knowing how great I'll feel posting my workout on MFP and not wanting to be the person I used to be. I'd also like to add that your boyfriend's loss is going to be a very lucky guys gain. Good luck on your journey:)

I am internally driven, so nothing outside of myself is a motivator.

My desires, passions and goals are fueled from an intrinsic ambition to succeed in getting what I want and doing things my own way.

It's always been that way; I could never live any other way.

Somehow this old guy got himself a girlfriend and I want to be as good as I can be for her. But the big one today was the company Christmas party. I wanted to get through without the bad food. So I went, had one drink, talked some and shook hands. Then left before the food arrived. Woohoo! I've made it a true life style. I needed to prove that to myself.
