1. Gym Gym and more Gym(going for 4500 burn between fri,sat,sun)
2. Christmas shopping sweaty from gym(I only do it classy, and if I'm gross I'll be fast!)
3. Cleaning up the monkey mess kids have left
4. Sleep, sleep, sleep
a week of 5 hour nights of sleep has me tired.

Sat afternoon bike ride
Sunday morning - another bike ride
Sunday afternoon - kayaking on the river rest for a picnic at the wineries then resume kayaking.
Oh yeah a bit of housework.0 -

4. Run, run, run. (Since I'll be out late tonite, I won't get my 10 in tomorrow morning, so I'll break it into two five-mile runs tomorrow night, Sunday night)

Sunday I have a maternity photo shoot for my little sister! She is having her baby on Tuesday!!!0 -
no set plans. hubby just text me and asked me out to see a movie with him tomorrow. my little monkey has been very upset the past few nights and i dont know if we will be able to. it would be nice, first movie since we had her...9 months ago LOL0

Working Saturday morning. Driving to outlet shopping mall for xmas (this is early for me to be shopping, usually wait till weekend before!), surprise birthday party sat night.
Then Sunday is a 15K trail race! After that it's decorating the xmas tree and birthday dinner for my parents (birthdays yesterday and tomorrow). Very busy.0 -
Tomorrow:
1) Wake up and Skype with my parents and my boyfriend.
2) Gym!
3) Shower
4) Head to Chaoyang for a new tub of protein powder.
5) SPA DAY YAAAAAAAY0 -
hmmm - walking - getting my van ready for Sundays kayak with Insinr8r - get some food in to make a bit of a picnic - do my nails - sleep - clean - and maybe see my cousin I haven't seen since I was 15 or so.0

Studying (finals next week), attending a seminar, seeing the eye doctor, participating in a photography volunteer project, grocery shopping, cooking something delicious, cleaning the house, hopefully fitting in a swim, washing the dogs, dropping my girlfriend off at the airport, having Sunday dinner with my cousin and going to a drag kings show. Wow, that's a range of activities.0

Tonight - monthly bar trek with friends - fun!
Tomorrow - sleep in, gym, clean, family coming in for dinner & a Christmas concert
Sun - Football - meeting friends for dinner and drinks0 -
Tonight - A little 4k run, then some guitar and drinks.
Saturday - Yoga, a pedicure, lazy movie afternoon, then probably some more guitar and drinks.
Sunday - 10K run, then baking with my daughter home from University for Christmas.0 -

2) Entertaining 2 year old (including Gymboree and watching a Disney movie for the millionth time. DH keeps asking me why I keep buy movies, I do it because I can't handle listening to them one.more.time)
3) Shopping
4) Trying to figure out what workout to do because the gym is closed
5) Find car/house/life keys, they've now been missing for more than 24 hours
