My journey thus far...

So today I hit 30 pounds lost - well 29.9 but close enough
I started January 2nd at 180 pounds (2.5 months after having my second baby). I was wearing size 14s but they were snug fitting, I was probably more of a size 16, I refused to buy any clothes and just worked with what I had that I could get in and wear comfortably. I was wearing mainly XL shirts, some L but they too were a bit snug fitting. After my first child I never lost all the pregnancy weight (in between pregnancies I was 10-20 pounds heavier than before my first pregnancy) and some emotional things going on didn't help me have the motivation to lose it even though I knewi should.
Today I am 150 pounds, where I was before getting pregnant with my first child. I am wearing size 10/12 pants and size M shirts and still some L shirts.
Still want to lose 10 more pounds as of right now as based on BMI I am still overweight for my height, but I'm getting closer to being "normal"
I will admit I had bumps along the road, didn't stick to watch for a couple months, have had off days, haven't exercised a lot (trying to again here), am an emotional eating but trying to stop that, and I honestly have no changed WHAT I eat, just how MUCH I eat of it But when my motivation and focus and desire to lose more came back it has stuck so far, and great friends have helped too! I'm happy to be here at this weight again and can't wait for the next 10 to come off! I have so much more energy most days and just feel so much better and started to feel more confident and comfortable in my own skin again.
So thanks for reading
