Homemade Almond Butter

Ingredients:
9 oz sliced almonds
1 tsp sesame seed oil
2 tbsn grape seed oil
1.5 tbsp honey
Salt to taste
Directions:
Spread almonds on cookie sheet and toast in oven for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
After 8 minutes shake them and move them around a bit and put back in for another 8-10 minutes or go by smell.
Allow almonds to cool off, place in blender or food processor and begin chopping, after 3-5 minutes the natural oils will begin to form, use spatula to keep moving butter off sides.
Add 1 tsp of sesame seed oil and half of grape seed oil, allow to blend.
Add honey and then remainder of grape seed oil, continue to mix.
When it reaches desired texture add salt to taste.
Makes approx. 30 servings.
