I just retired and now need to get into a home routine vice my working routine and early morining workouts. My downfall is getting motivated from home it seems like my house and it's flaws or are more visible now that I am home more. My hardest back fall is night time with the kids and their snacking on ice cream and popcorn...Well today is a new day and I just hope I can stick with this program

Hi. I too am trying to get back on track and stay motivated to lose weight. I know it is very hard when you are at home and your kids and husband are eating all of that good snack food. My downfall is chocolate. I love it but I just have to find a way to get it in smaller amounts and less frequently. This site is great. It seems so easy to use. I love the reports and feedback it gives. Maybe we can all be a support system for one another.

Wow great job on your weight loss....I gained 75 lbs with all 4 pregnancies and lost the weight over about 18-24 months each time, with intensive focus on staying active and eating a lot of salads and fresh fruit. I found by keeping the good stuff in the pantry and a fruit bowl for the kids they will reach for the good stuff instead of snacks besides they don't need the sweets either. Out of sight out of mind. I got weak and bought the sweets in the house again and well I gained back about 30 unwanted lbs. so I need to get back to the serious healthy food kick again and get the snacks out of the pantry. Best of luck to you...
