i have been at the same weight for almost 2 weeks now.. what can i do to help the scale move?

I am in the same place! so frustrating!
it was suggested to me that i had cut my calories too low as i was 200 calories below my BMR.
Drink more water and keep it up i guess, hitting a plateau sucks, you have to push through it.

Play around with your cals/exercise. I find having a treat meal w/o upping my exercise that day usually helps. Keep your body guessing.0

I've had like 5 weeks in a row without losing anything! I learned to just be patient, and eventually, the weight DOES start to come off again!
You might try upping your calories for a day to shake up your metabolism. I've read alot of threads where they do that and it DOES work. Didn't work for me though! I gained! :laugh: But, I guess everyone is different!0
