i joined a gym in April of this year and have lost 37 pds so far and still want to lose another 12-17 pds. I am debating if I should quit the gym for financial reason and would I still be able to lose the weight. Thoughts?

On paper, you don't need to exercise to lose weight. In the real world, an exercise program is crucial to long-term weight maintenance.

I agree, is there something you can do at home and maybe try that out? Can you put a 'freeze' on your gym membership so if things financially get better or you don't feel like you are losing as quickly or gaining, you won't have to pay a re-starting fee?0
