How do you eat your Edamame? Trying new ways to eat these yummy little treats!

Roasted - with or without salt/spices
Boiled, with salt (microwave for faster results)
In stir fry
Mixed with rice and asian spices
With corn as a side dish...
While they are very good for you, they are high in calories and whatnot, eat in moderation.0 -

Love them! I usually just roast them with a little tiny bit of olive oil and some sea salt too...... sometimes I add some chipotle, garlic, or curry seasoning for added flavor. i have to be careful and make only a little at a time or I'd sit there and eat them all night!0
