What's the average calorie burn on Kegel exercise?

Like all good exercises, it would be based on effort.
I can assist you with finding the perfect level of effort, I mean, if you need help and all :bigsmile:

What's the average calorie burn on Kegel exercise?

I tried to Google this, but couldn't find a definitive answer. The closest I came was "approximately 10% more calories than just sitting still."

I would say pretty low in the short term as it's strength training and all, you're going for the longer term burn.

I am pretty sure we can use squats, kegals and pelvic thrust to calculate the actual calories burnt.

Ummm... I think that's wrong. I'm pretty sure it's 40. MAYBE 35, but 30? No way.

I always thought the rule with cougars was you were past your prime. 30 IS your prime. So its definitely not 30! I sure hope not, because if so I have 9 more years until I am a cougar and I'm not ready for that =P
